During winter season, one of the most fun getaways is to places with snow to practice winter sports. Madonna di Campiglio (Italy): during Christmas, the town gets transformed into a ‘Winter Wonderland’, full of lights, festivities and other winter fun. This place is perfect for families with kids and you will be able to ski together.
Trysil (Norway): Very popular winter destination for families where you can find a good ski school and it was one of the first in Europe to obtain the Sustainable Tourism certification.
If you are planning a winter sports trip, we recommend you purchasing a travel insurance whose policy covers winter sports.
