Fit2Trip is an external collaborator of INTERMUNDIAL XXI SL, Insurance Brokerage, with CIF B81577231 and registered office in C / Irún, 7, 28008, Madrid and registered in the R.M. of Madrid, sheet M 180.298, section 8, book 0, page 149, volume 11.482. C.I.F.- B-81577231. Registered in the R.D.G.S. and F.P with nº J-1541 and with insurance of R.C. and of bond arranged in accordance with Law 26/06 MSRP. From here in referred to as: “INTERMUNDIAL”.
How is personal data handled and processed by FIT2TRIP?
The User can freely and voluntarily access the FIT2TRIP website (www.fit2trip.es) and can use the website in order to obtain quotations and purchase products. In order to be able to correctly provide its products and services, FIT2TRIP needs a series of personal data, which can be provided directly by the User and indirectly through the Users registration on the website or by technological systems.
Similarly, by accepting this PDPP, the User certifies that they understand and accept that FIT2TRIP may only, for those purposes described in section three, assess for review and analysis, the data that Users make available through the website.
2. Types of data processed
FIT2TRIP processes personal data included in its user registration form, including name, address, email address, dates of birth, dates of stay, credit card data and health data. In addition, FIT2TRIP collects other personal digital data including IP address, origin of links used, cookies, plugins or other tracking technologies.
FIT2TRIP does not store credit card data, but only that information necessary for the correct management of the payment services it contracts to.
The information referring to the User, will be used according to the conditions accepted at the time of registering as a user at www.fit2trip.es
2.1 Purpose of the Processing of Personal Data.
The main purpose of the processing of personal data is the management and correct compliance of the contract between the User and FIT2TRIP.
The use of the data is as follows:
– To ensure that the content of the website is adapted to your needs.
– For the sending of notifications, informing of the contracting of the product.
– For the continuous improvement of User experience.
– To formalise their contracts.
– To determine the client’s risk based on the health data information provided.
– The health data provided will be used to determine the amount of the insurance premium that is required.

3. Data Controller – Responsible for the data
For the purposes of the provisions of Article 62 of Law 26/2006 of July 17, on Mediation of Private Insurance and Reinsurance, FIT2TRIP is an External Collaborator of INTERMUNDIAL XXI S.L. Insurance Brokerage. Regarding all data obtained through the website, INTERMUNDIAL is the data controller, and FIT2TRIP is the data processor.
Where INTERMUNDIAL is responsible for configuring its relationship with the User as Data Controller, in accordance with the provisions of the PPD, the User is informed and accepts that the personal data provided by them (or that are provided in the future to FIT2TRIP) will be processed on behalf of INTERMUNDIAL.
The processing of your data will always be carried out under the strictest security systems, and according to the security measures defined by INTERMUNDIAL as responsible for the data.

The collected data are stored and can be transferred in encrypted form outside the European Union to any of our suppliers. By providing us with your personal data, you accept this transfer if it occurs, as it is protected by article 34 section f of Spanish Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data.
We may also use your data, or allow third parties to use your data, to offer you information about products and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please check the corresponding box on the registration form.
All parties agree that the security measures to be applied will be, in the absence of specific and express indication by the Data Controller, those corresponding to the low level indicated in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the Development of the Spanish Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data, and that the Data Controller has defined new security measures according European regulation on Data Protection.

5. Modifications of the PDPP
Any substantial changes or modification will be communicated to Users by email. If Users do not oppose these changes on their part, within the terms provided by the Law, FIT2TRIP will understand this as tacit consent to the new PDPP by the User.
